Amy M. Haley
Amy M. Haley joined the Office of Administrative Hearings on October 16, 2023. Judge Haley received her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and her law school degree from the University of Miami. At the start of her career, Judge Haley worked as an assistant public defender in the 11th Circuit. An Arizona native, she moved back to Arizona in 2007 where she conducted and presided over administrative hearings regarding unemployment benefits for the Department of Economic Security. Thereafter, she litigated and supervised litigation for Fortune 100 insurance companies until accepting a Judge Pro Tempore position with Mesa Municipal Court immediately prior to joining OAH. Judge Haley currently presides over a variety of cases, including ROC, AHCCCS, DHS, DCS, HOA and other matters involving disciplinary actions against professional licenses.
