CERTIFICATIONS

 

Note: The Certifications of Record on Appeal have been provided to the Superior Court Judge in electronic form (Maricopa County) simultaneously with the filing of the hard copy record to the Clerk of the Court.

 

As of February 14, 2014, OAH sends all appeals electronically to the Maricopa County Superior Court. See Administrative Order No. 2014-04.
