Proposed Rule Change


The Office of Administrative Hearings seeks public comment on a proposed rule change to AAC R2-19-108, Sections (E) and (F), relating to filing and service of documents. The changes are suggested in order to conform the rule to long-standing practice related to electronic filing of documents with the Office of Administrative Hearings. Electronic filing makes the administrative adjudication process far simpler for litigants and the Office of Administrative Hearings and results in time and money savings for both litigants and the Office of Administrative Hearings.
