Mark Silver is a graduate of Michigan State University and Wayne State University Law School. Has worked in the Administrative Law field since 1974. Has been an Administrative Law Judge with the Office of Administrative Hearings since its inception on January 1, 1996. Prior to that, he was an Administrative Law Judge with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors from 1985 through 1995. From 1974 to 1985 he was a Hearing Officer with the Michigan Secretary of State.
