Thomas Shedden joined OAH in March 2005. Mr. Shedden's experience includes providing legal, technical and policy advice to state agencies in complex litigation about water rights and land ownership issues. He also has experience representing contractors in “mass action” construction defect cases. Mr. Shedden is a member of the Arizona State Bar and registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He received his J.D. from Arizona State University, from which he also received both a B.S. and M.S. in civil engineering with an emphasis on water resources engineering. Mr. Shedden is a registered civil engineer who supervised environmental remediation projects and due diligence investigations, and worked on land development and water resource projects.
