Acceptable File Formats for Attached Documents

1. Attached Documents must be in Microsoft Word (.doc), Microsoft Excel (.xls), Rich Text Format (.rtf), WordPerfect (.wpd), Portable Document Format (.pdf), text documents (.txt), or the standard non-proprietary graphic formats (.gif, .tiff, .tif, .bmp, .jpg).

2. PDF format is preferred. All documents electronically filed will be converted to Portable Document Format (.pdf)

3. The Administrative Law Judge may require the production of the original of an electonically filed document.

Attached Document Standards

1. Each electronic file must contain a single document, with attachments.

2. Each file name should be descriptive, to include the date of filing: e.g.:
   • Applicant's Pre-Hearing Brief January 19, 2007.pdf

   • ADWR Proposed Witness List January 20, 2007.pdf

3. Documents must conform to standard 8.5" x 11 page size. original documents, including maps, diagrams, pictures, etc., must be resized before submission.
