Jenna Clark

Jenna Clark joined the Office of Administrative Hearings on March 12, 2018. Judge Clark has been working in the field of administrative law since 2011. She previously served an Administrative Law Judge for the Department of Economic Security, has worked as an Appellate Specialist in the private sector, and has also been a Law Clerk for multiple government agencies. She earned a J.D. with honors from Syracuse University College of Law, where she was inducted into the Order of Barristers. She also has a B.A. in Political Science, with a concentration in Politics and Government, from California State University Northridge. Judge Clark is excited to be at OAH and looks forward to fairly and impartially serving Arizonans in cases arising out of State regulation as an Administrative Law Judge and mediator.
