CITING THE OAH AUDIO RECORD
On occasion you may want to cite to the digital record created in your case. Citations to the OAH hearing record must include (1) the date of the hearing, and (2) the time range for the portion of the record that is being cited. Citations to the hearing record should follow the formats set forth below:
- Single Hearing Day:
- Form for Initial Citation to the Hearing Record:
- 9/22/04 Hearing Record (hereinafter “H.R.”) at 28:13-29:04.
- H.R. at 28:13-29:04.
- Multiple Hearing Days:
- Form for Initial Citations to the Hearing Record:
